The Read & Earn Challenge is designed to ignite intellectual curiosity and promote lifelong learning. Books are positioned as tools for innovation and entrepreneurial pursuit.

The goal is to incentivise reading; participants earn points for reading and motivating peers to participate. Use earned points to pay for purchases at KEF partnering stores such as books, groceries, dining, clothes, movies, travels, event tickets, gym etc.

Through reading and sharing, entrepreneurs are encouraged to grow individually and collectively to inspire innovation.
